Being a Scottish Early Career Researcher in the Drugs Research Field

On 30th March 2022, 1-3pm, DRNS will be hosting an online session run by and for Early Career Researchers (ECRs) in the drugs research field in Scotland. The event is seeking to create a space for people to come together and discuss successes, challenges and needs as ECRs, providing an opportunity to network, start conversations, and consider how DRNS can support ECRs to keep conversations going.

The event will include three presentations from ECRs across Scotland who have agreed to speak on their own experiences. Each brings their own perspective to the opportunities and challenges faced by those at this early career stage. Event attendees will then have an opportunity to discuss their own experiences, while being encouraged to share what has been useful in their ECR journey to date.
