Effective Service Evaluation: An introduction session for third sector organisations
On the 10th June, 9:30am-12:30pm, DRNS will be supporting Evaluation Support Scotland to host an online training event for third sector organisations. DRNS recognises the work being done within third sector organisations across Scotland to support people that use drugs and understands that an important part of this work is to evaluate services in order to evidence what is working, and what may need improvement. Evaluation support Scotland have great expertise in supporting others with their evaluation activities.
The three-hour session will include:
- An overview of the steps and principles involved in project evaluation
- Opportunity to share evaluation challenges/solutions with other attendees
- Learn where the gaps in knowledge are and where to find further support
The session will be held online with spaces limited to 20 individuals. Preference for attendance will be given to those from third sector organisations, with ideally no more than two individuals attending from one organisation. This will ensure the information reaches a range of organisations across the sector.
